New subpage added: workout log

Some of the visitors of this site are also sports enthusiasts as I am. That is one of the reasons I decided to add a new page to this blog where you can follow my training logs and comments of the workouts. Maybe some inspiration to your own workouts might wake-up aswell? At the age of 30 and being addicted into sports since the age of five I somewhat see that one of my goals is to inspire also other people to move and use their bodies in the most imaginable ways as possible. Training not also develops your body as a whole, but also the mind and the brain (learn more fo the mind-body connection here:
