Exactly four months ago which was also one of the first posts on this blog I wrote you about Holosync Meditation (https://ollisintegrallife.com/2009/12/05/meditating-with-holosync/).
Holosync begins with Awakening Prologue, which as every other level lasts for four months. The first two weeks were 30mins. with Dive and after those initiation weeks followed by 30mins. of Immersion which is to say an hour per day. Of course this might sound that all I’m doing is meditating, but it really isn’t the case. Holosync is very easy to use before going to sleep; in my opinion it actually shifts your consciousness very smoothly into the REM phase. With the aid of Holosync combined to Tibetan Buddhist Yidam–meditation I was about two weeks ago able to access Lucid Dreaming (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dream). I woke up in the dreaming while realizing that I am in a dream… and the coolest part was that I was totally able to control my dream creating an adventure I will never forget 🙂
Anyway, lucid dreaming was a sidetrack to Holosync meditation and the experiences I’ve been going through these four months are as follows:
I have noticed an increased focusing capacity on every areas: work, gym, writing, reading… you name it!
Repetitive thought patterns are nowadays very rare and when I notice them coming I can simply follow those as an observer or a wittnesser, letting it torture me for a while and then faint away. I guess one could say this a non-attachment to exterior forms (I’m not claiming all this is because of Holosync, but it certainly has an important role while progressing from gross to subtle to causal to non-dual). Compared to the Awakening level, this is a mixture of more complex sounds still with the same basic structure. The first two weeks I’m spending with the Dive which lasts for 30mins. and after two weeks I’m adding another 30mins. of Immersion. In Level 1 there are four different versions for immersion and there is also a systematic schedule how one is supposed to be using those.
Holosync has added a great value to the various meditation techniques and forms I have been experimenting lately. Holosync is actually a brain-mind machine operating through our audio perceiving system integrating both brain lobes (left – right). More of brain-mind machines and Holosync you can find on this blog: http://holosynchronicity.blogspot.com/
